YES this is from 2007 but it is not in the Digg search. American's Pavlovian reponse to Liberal or Conservative=Cons winning. HOWEVER issue by issue they are definately NOT Conservative and lean from a bit left to really really left. THIS is the mainstream...leaning Left to a LOT LEFT. And YES 2007 report using many mainstream polls Gallup,ABC etc
